A Look at St. Martin de Dauzats

This workshop takes place at Meredith’s residence in the Tarn in southwest France. Below are some photos of the site:

The renovated barn of St. Martin de Dauzats, will be home base for the workshop.

  1. Your home looks fabulous and extremely inviting and the picture of people in the workshop room holding hands makes me want to join them!

The pictures showing views from different angles and your local town makes it easy to imagine standing there. Chef looks like he means business and one gets the feeling no-one will go hungry.

The webpage answers all my questions and is highly informative.

I can’t make the October workshop so I very much hope you hold one in the Spring.
